Extend your joints to keep them supple,
Extend your skills to keep growing,
Extend a hand where you can,
Extend your self reflection to face your fears
Just don't overextend yourself, it does no one any favours
If we stay in our comfort zone they say not much changes. If we start to move outside this we have opportunity for growth and new pursuits. We don't know what we are truly capable of when we do what we have always done.
Some people have a great capacity to push themselves too hard and in this situation it is important to not push yourself to the point that you get sick, resentful or endanger yourself or others.
Finding this limit can be tricky balancing act but well worth the effort if you want change. Good luck!
